This week, I was awarded the 20 in Their 20s Award by the Harrisburg Young Professionals. It was such an honor to be nominated for this.

Prep work started a few months ago. All of the nominees were invited for a photoshoot at a local movie theater. It has a beautiful mural so it was a great backdrop. I had to pick the final photo that’d be used in the article about the twenty of us.

Then came the actual event. The honorees met up in a private room for a group photo and champagne toast. Here’s our ‘silly’ photo.

From there we mingled and I ran into people I haven’t seen in years. Then it was award time. They mentioned who were are, and some of the things that set us apart.

Yay!

It was a nice night honoring some amazing young professionals in the Harrisburg area. I’m honored to be included amongst them.
