There’s a model horse show in 2 weeks.
So to get ready, I started on my resin I bought at Breyerfest. I really like her and can’t wait to finish her. :)

Progress!
Even though Breyerfest is only three days, I feel like it takes a week to recover. But today was an overall productive day!
I made alot of progress on my Feather Fund donation. Just one more layer and then her eyes and she’ll be done!
I also made progress on the saddle. I decided to redo the whole thing since I wasn’t happy with it. I like this one much better because I redid the way I do seats.
Sewing Machine
For Christmas I got a sewing machine, which I love.
So I experimented and made a saddle pad today. It has some issues, but I know what I want to do differently for the next one.
When model horsey things are not working
Today I had a goal.
It was to glue the skirts, dye leather and make panels.
Didn’t happen. The skirts fought me, and I still have some fiddling to do still.
So I decided to put the saddle down and do some feather fund pony stuff.
When that didn’t work, I ordered food. Funny thing is that I ordered it not at the one two minutes from my house, but the one that’s 30 minutes away. Yup, that’s me. :)
Also, who’s going to Breyerfest?(I am). The one thing I’m really excited about is seeing RJ Masterbug who was the star of Hidaglo, which was and still is one of my favorite horse movies. Funny thing about Hidaglo is that it is now 10 years old. Wow, time flies.
When model horse stuff doesn’t work, I try not to force it. Yup.
