Western Pleasure is-

“a western style competition at horse shows that evaluates horses on manners and suitability of the horse for a relaxed but collected gait cadence and relatively slow speed of gait, along with calm and responsive disposition.”Source

 So the horses entered through the gate and once it was closed the announcer said that from now on, the class would be judged.
The horses walked,

jogged,

and loped in each direction.

Then they had to halt and back up.

After, they all lined up and the winners were announced.

This was a fun class to play around with my camera. :)
I also so Lizzie ride Lexus too!

Thanks for all of the responses about what y’all would like to see!
So the first  bundle of pictures are from the Costume Class from the Keystone International Livestock Exposition.
There were many types of costumes in the class.

I think these guys were dressed as characters from The Wizard Of Oz
Owls!

A very large sheep 
Headless horseman. I believe the pair won first place.
This was my favorite costume though. A Zombie Donkey!
He may have been the smallest equine in costume, but he was full of personality. 
Next resin on my to own list is a donkey.
