Intersport/Intermediare Western Division

So here are model horse show photos!
The first class to start off the western division was western trail. These are from Intersport(somehow I missed intermediare!). Pictures with the blue table cloth are from Intersport and pictures with the green table cloth are from Intermediare.

But one of the coolest entries went with this horse,

and contained a crane.

Other performance was next.

Western Pleasure was split between stock and other.
My pebbles arab pulled a first! I grabbed her fast when I saw that she had earned a first, but then put her down to take a disheveled picture.

KILE Driving

At the Keystone International Livestock Exposition, I watched the open pleasure driving and the open reinsmanship driving. The same three horses were in both classes, so I’ll just combine the two.
There were three horses.
Two were minis.

The third was a beautiful friesian.

The horses walked

and trotted in both directions.

The only difference I saw between the two classes was that the horses were asked to do a road trot.

They eventually ended up in the middle arena where the winner and placings were announced.

An Idea For The Extreme Cowboy Race

A bonus post of awesome!
I was on Pinterest today. Actually who am I kidding? I’m always on pinterest.
I saw this and couldn’t help but to share!
It’s a trail/extreme cowboy race obstacle filled with balloons.

The text that went along with it-

“Something with a little pop: This balloon obstacle is too easy, too cheap, and too much BANG for your buck not to do. A 3×3 piece of plywood, some duct tape, and a bulk bag of balloons is all you need to test your horse’s hearing! The secret is not to blow the balloons up too full- you need them to stay small and close together so your mount can’t wedge between balloons and skip all the fun.”

So there’s a fun extreme cowboy race obstacle. All you’d need are little balloons and to scale it down! :)
